This disclaimer is a starter template for a concept product, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it before launch.
1. Matching service only
Roofikos is a referral and matching service. We do not provide roofing services, and nothing on this site is professional roofing, legal, or financial advice.
2. Independent contractors
Roofing contractors in our network are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Roofikos. We do not control and are not responsible for their work, pricing, scheduling, licensing, or insurance.
Always verify a contractor's license and insurance yourself before signing any agreement or paying any money.
3. No warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Estimates, ratings, and availability shown on the site are informational only and may be inaccurate or out of date.
4. Third-party content
The site may include maps, imagery, and content from third parties (for example satellite imagery and address lookup services). We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content.
5. Demo content notice
Roofikos is currently a concept product. Statistics, reviews, and contractor counts shown on the site are illustrative placeholders, and quote submissions run in demo mode — no inquiry is actually sent to a contractor until the service launches.
